Il Forum culturale di Beijing è un evento promosso dal Dipartimento della Comunicazione del Comitato Centrale del PCC e dal Ministero della Cultura e del Turismo, organizzato dall'Ufficio del Gruppo dirigente per la promozione della costruzione del Centro nazionale della cultura di Beijing e dal Dipartimento della Comunicazione del Comitato municipale del PCC di Beijing, e co-organizzato dal Comitato distrettuale e dal Governo del Distretto di Dongcheng di Beijing.
Fondato nel 2022, il Forum ha come tema permanente "Eredità, innovazione e mutuo apprendimento". Mantenendo una vocazione internazionale, è ormai diventato una delle piattaforme più importanti al servizio dello sviluppo della capitale nella nuova era.

As one of the activities of the 2025 Beijing Cultural Forum, from September 19th to 24th, more than 20 professional salons were held in various cultural spaces in Beijing.
Combined with the themes of the six parallel forums, professional salons focus on topics such as digital empowerment of cultural heritage, stimulation of cultural originality by science and technology, breaking the circle of audio-visual industry integration, improvement of public cultural quality by new science and technology, innovation and development of network culture, and respect for the diversity of civilizations, and pay extensive attention to frontier topics such as the international spread of intangible cultural heritage, the interpretation and exchange of cultural heritage values, and the systematic transformation of mainstream media by large models.
